Effective Tools for Educators: Empower & Equip Your Girls
Mental health challenges are on the rise – parents and teachers are concerned.
Many girls are struggling with self-confidence and need practical ways to become secure in their identity and boost their self-esteem. The experiences they have had growing up can have a lasting effect on how they view themselves, which often causes struggles emotionally, academically, physically, and/or behaviorally. Some of the issues girls face revolve around self-image, self-worth, and the influences of social media.
With this reality at hand, Ayo shares some simple and practical – yet effective – strategies that can be used to empower your girls to become better versions of themselves.

In a world where it is often easier to work in isolation rather than fighting for the highest possible good of others, Ayo is an advocate of sisterhood and unity! The three objectives for this session are:
cultivating deeper relationships, actionable tools and personalised takeaways.
Providing a structure for the conversation can go a long way in creating bonds between individuals who have had success and failure, even if it doesn’t look the same for each person. The goal of every keynote/workshop is for each participant to walk away with tools that they are able to put into practice to lead and live with greater confidence and passion.

Promoting Foreign Languages
How do you motivate students to learn a language? Or maybe you simply have students who don’t see the value in learning a second language?
If you and your school are on a mission to promote the intake of pupils from KS3 to take French, German or Spanish (or any language) at KS4 as a GCSE option then this is for you!
As a self-taught Spanish Speaker, Ayo showcases a few benefits of languages in our society today and the doors this skill can open to them on a professional and personal level.
