Focusing primarily on growth mindset and confidence building, Ayo has spoken at conferences internationally as well as toured the UK and spoken to 17,000+ students, parents and educators delivering high impact workshops, assemblies and keynotes that increase confidence, aspirations and attitude towards education.

I found my will to live and I don’t want to die anymore, so thanks, you saved me.
— Year 11 Student at Maiden Erlegh School
Ayo’s visit to MCA6 was an absolute knock out! She delivered an amazing motivational session to 160 Year 11 students at our Sixth Form centre on the 21st September 2018 and had the entire year group hanging on every word. Great humour, great atmosphere, fun session; serious messages. The students loved every minute. I could hear their laughter and at the end rapturous applause from the other end of the centre. Ayo’s ability to motivate a large body of 15-16 year olds is remarkable. The students could have worked with her all day and it was only the arrival of an Apache helicopter that managed to drag them away!
— Mrs Susan Byles, Principal at Mildenhall College Academy
On behalf of all the staff at Teach For Nigeria and the entire family of prospective fellows, I want to sincerely appreciate you for such a tremendous session today. The feedback from all who listened to you today has been most warming and beautiful. Thank you Ayo and keep making the world a better place.
— Fellow (Youth Leader) at Teach For Nigeria
Ayo rocked her assembly at Aureus today. Highly recommended motivational speaker. She launched our March value of #equality & gave our girls excellent tips to nurture their self-confidence.
— Hannah Wilson, Executive Headteacher at Aureus School
Thank you for coming to speak at our school. After listening to your inspirational speeches and watching your YouTube videos, I feel as though you’ve really helped me get into the right mindset of believing in myself. I envy your positivity and I think you are absolutely beautiful. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re going to change so many people’s lives just by pushing them to believe in themselves. Thank you again.
— Year 11 Student at Castleview School
Ayo was absolutely fantastic!!!! I can’t find enough adjectives to express how the students were focused throughout the entire hour assembly. Ayo covered everything we wanted and yes, the staff and students were talking about Ayo all day.
— Rose Francis, Year 10 & 11 Standards Leader at Sanders School
Thank you for brightening up my week and my self confidence. I think you are truly amazing and such an inspiration. Please don’t stop what you’re doing.
— Year 9 Student at Northfleet School for Girls
Ayo has an enthralling way of inviting young people to explore what it looks like for them to be committed to bringing out their best and she manages to do this in such an effortless manner. Her speaking ability allows students to engage, reflect and think big. She also has an ability to enable her audiences to feel comfortable with their own vulnerability and insecurities as she is excellent at creating a safe space when addressing young people.
— James Aidoo, Founder of Innerscope
Ayo has been mentoring me for 10 weeks and I have enjoyed talking to her about my problems. She actually helped me out with them and I’m changing for the better. She is an amazing and gorgeous person who hasn’t got an ounce of negativity in her :). I wish we had more sessions with her until the end of the year.
— Year 9 Student at Stoke Newington School
Once again, thank you for speaking at the ‘Power of Women’s Leadership Conference’. We are grateful for the time and effort you took to share your thoughts and experiences with the attendees. You just woke everyone up!
